XLFrag is a new and exciting way for you to play Counter Strike 1.6 and Source for real money in real time. We offer € 0.10, 0.25, 0.50 and € 1 game servers, open challenges and much more.

What are Skill games and the Pay-Per-Frag concept?
Games of skill, such as those we provide on XLFrag, are games where the result and outcome are decided purely by the skill of the players and teams involved and not by elements of chance or luck. The-Pay-Per Frag concept is based on a payment regulation of winning or losing a frag, meaning if you frag (kill) someone or get fragged you will get/lose the "Cost Per Frag" e.g. € 0.50 or € 1 minus rake(the house cut is 10%)
Unlike games of chance, skilled gaming is legal in most parts of the world and is determined by the skill of the participants.

Who can play at XLFrag?
Our game servers are placed in Sweden and Denmark and you have to have a ping(latency) below 85 ms to play, but we do not restrict any users or countries. If your ping is higher than 85 ms you can not connect to the servers and thus not participate on XLFrag. We are though planning to launch in other territories in the near future. We will not offer our service in any country or territory that forbids the use of services such as ours. The service will not be available to those States in the U.S that do not allow the use of services such as ours. A list of these blocked States can be found in our Terms. Please note that only individuals over the age of eighteen can play at XLFrag.

What do I need to do to play?
In order to play you must first register an account here at XLFrag. This is a simple sign up process that will only take a few minutes. You will also need the Pay-Per-Frag Game Client, which you will be prompted to during your registration. Lastly you will of course need the game itself. If you experience any difficulties when downloading, please contact our Support at support[at]luopgames.com and we will be happy to help resolve your problem and complete the process with you.
- Are my PC specifictions good enough to play Counter-Strike 1.6?
You minimum need and have to have the following: 500 MHz processor, 96 MB RAM, 16 MB graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/Vista, a mouse, keyboard and a broadband internet connection.
We recommended at least to have the following: 800 MHz processor, 128 MB RAM, 32 MB+ graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/Vista, a mouse, a keyboard, and a broadband internet connection.

Do I need to go to the XLFrag website every time I want to play?
Yes, you need to be logged in so we can identify you as a registered user and to real time update your wallet and account. All in all you only have to go to XLFrag.com and enter your Username and Password and click on 'Login' so you can start playing in the Game Lobby.

Can I have more than one account?
It is only possible to have one active account at XLFrag. If we find that a customer has more than one account we reserve the right to suspend all their accounts until the matter is rectified.

I can not connect to the game server(s), what do I do?
Contact our Support at support[at]luopgames.com with the detailed problem and we will do our utmost to help you solve the connect isues.

What if my internet connection disconnects in the middle of game?
Since XLFrag is played LIVE and in real-time nothing happens and you will not lose any earned cash or frags. Simply reconnect to the server and start over again.

Do you pass on my personal information?
All your personal information is stored by LUOP Entertainment Limited. We treat all information you give us confidentially. Other than absolutely necessary to run your account and provide a service to you, we do not divulge this information to any third party.

What happens if I have technical problems?
Whilst XLFrag endeavours to offer as smooth a service as possible, due to the nature of network computing service delivery may occasionally fall below the high standards we have set.
If service delivery fails XLFrag will always examine the problem to try to find the reason. In cases where any problems lie within our area of control we will refund any funds lost as a result of such problems.
In order to maximize your own enjoyment of our services we would advise that you run as few other programs as possible whilst using XLFrag. Running multiple programs may impact upon the performance of your PC and put you at a disadvantage during competition.

How do I cancel my XLFrag account?
If you wish to close your XLFrag account, please use the appropriate link to contact our Support . Please ensure that you withdraw any funds in your account and will happily action this request. We will send you confirmation by e-mail once your account has been closed.

How do I deposit money?
To deposit money into your XLFrag account you only need go to the Cashier button and choose "Deposit". Next you should choose a payment method. XLFrag.com accepts various payment methods which will be displayed on the Cashier page. If you go there then you will need to fill out the form with all the required information for your selected payment method and choose an amount to deposit.
When you have made the deposit your account balance will be updated and you can continue to play, note that deposits are real time, meaning even if you are in the game and are shot on frag money then a deposit made while you play will extend you balance live, meaning you do not need to disconnect and connect to play on.
When you make additional deposits we will simplify the process for you by storing parts of the information of your payment details to make it simpler for you. For instance you only need to enter your 3-digit CVC number from your credit card when depositing again. Any relevant stored data is encrypted for your security.

Do you charge me to deposit money?
No. There are no costs added when you make a deposit. You receive the full amount in your account balance.

What currencies can I use?
You may use your local currency but all transactions will be made in EURO.

Why was my deposit not allowed?
Your deposit may not have been accepted for a number of reasons. First, please ensure you have entered all the necessary information correctly.
Your payment provider may not allow a payment to go through if your balance is insufficient for the deposit, or as part of their own security policies and reviews.
XLFrag does not make this decision and recommends that you contact the payment method issuer if you wish to question such a decision.

Can I make a withdrawal anytime?
You may withdraw the cleared funds in your account at any time. This will be displayed whenever you enter your wallet. Please note that you are only permitted to make one withdrawal during any 24 hour period, unless any other is stated e.g. related to bonus etc.

Can I make a withdrawal to another payment provider?
For your security, withdrawals can only be made to the payment provider currently registered to your account. If this is not possible for any reason we will send a cheque to your registered address or make a bank transfer by arrangement with the individual.

Do you charge me to make withdrawals?
We charge a service fee to handle withdrawels, how much depends on how you withdraw and which method you choose.

Why do I have to upload documents the first time I wish to withdraw something?
In order to comply with international laws that prevent money laundring we need proff of identification the first time you withdraw money from your account.

Do I earn interest on my XLFrag account balance?
No. By law we are not allowed to give you any interest on your account balance.

How long after I make a withdrawal will I receive my money?
As part of our efforts to ensure fairness to our customers we verify every withdrawal but all withdrawals will be processed as quickly as possible within our verification systems.

How do I check the amounts I have deposited, cashed out, or transferred?
Within your account on the website you will be able to view the historical activity on your account including all financial information and transaction statements.

Are there any limits to how much I can withdraw?
There is no maximum, but a minimum withdrawal limit of € 15 is set. Customers are only allowed to make one withdrawal in any 24 hour period.

Do I get refunded if the XLFrag website encounters a problem?
If there is any loss of service due to a problem on our part we will ensure that all customers are returned to the correct position by refunding the relevant amount to your wallet.

What will my deposit/withdrawal be shown as on my bank statement?
Transactions will appear on your account balance as LUOP Entertainment, likewise on the statement for any other payment method you use on XLFrag.com.

Is it safe to play and use the Payment Services provided by XLFrag?
The XLFrag payment systems are industry standards, built using the latest encryption techniques and safety measures to guarantee transaction security.We use Secure Socket Layer Extended Validation (SSL EV) encryption connections for the transport of all passwords, financial information and sensitive data between your PC and our servers. XLFrag uses digital certificates issued by a third party, GlobalSign, for the encryption of your data internally. Stored sensitive data is encrypted and is stored in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Payment Card Industry standards.
Access to this data is limited only to those members of staff who strictly require access. All customer data is handled confidentially and under strict control.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link at the top right on the mainpage of XLFrag. If you forgot your password and can not retrieve it, or if you fail to log in after three attempts then you will need to contact our Support so that they can reset your security details.

How do I change my password and email address?
You can change any of your personal details at any time within your account pages. You are though not able to change your username once registered at XLFrag.

Why can’t I get into my account?
Please check you have entered your sign-in details correctly. The only time we will deny you access to your account will be as a result of a security review or if we believe your account security has been compromised.
