Security
At XLFrag your security is of the utmost importance to us as we recognise that our customers, our hardware and our reputation are dependent upon us getting it right. The following information explains our approach to ensuring you are operating within a secure environment.
Payment Security
All payment processing at XLFrag.com is completed using the highest SSL standards. We use the best encryption, provided by GlobalSign.com, to ensure the security and privacy of your data. We keep all of your information confidential and will not divulge your data to third parties, except in accordance with our Terms and our Privacy Policy. We use verification and identity-checking procedures to maintain the best possible account safety.
Member Account Security
All members at XLFrag.com have a unique ID and separate username and password which allows them to use our services. Without successfully inputting these details it is not possible to access your account.
If these details are not typed in correctly, then after a number of attempts the XLFrag account will be locked until security on the account is reset, which has to be done by our Customer Service.
If any customer feels that these security details have been compromised, or wishes to change them, then they may do so by either visiting the appropriate area of the website or contacting the Customer Support.
True Identity
Customers are required to register using their true and legal identity and are required to provide appropriate details for us to check this identity using our verification procedures. Unless this verification process is successful it is not possible to open an account on XLFrag.com. We do make random identity checks and other security reviews on a regular basis to ensure that these concepts are not compromised. Any failure to meet the security requirements will result in an immediate account closure.
Security Support
If you have any questions regarding our security policies, or if you have any concerns related to security, please contact our Customer Support.
