- AIM DAY, King of The Day, Friday Frag Festival and Bloody Sunday Masters, frags on all levels and servers count, winners are the top 3 players with the best most actions (kills+deaths) during opening hours (14-24:00 CET) and with more than 1000 actions (Kills/deaths). - FragRace and Freeroll Winners are the top 3 players with most actions (kills + deaths) during the timespan of the event.
- Min. 8 players have to be active on the hourly based event servers during the timeslot, before the prize money are paid out.

It will be 4 weeks with massive frag actions and plenty of joy to spectate all the matches via HLTV. The FRAGTIME tournaments will be a returning event the coming months, same great cash and hardware prizes, so make sure not to miss out and sign up now!

As you will all know, we here at XLFrag are still in beta and always listening to the feedback that we receive from customers. To help customers understand how our system works and to hopefully receive some new comments from you, our customers, we have decided to open up FFA Servers that have no stake. This means that you can play on our client for free without having to deposit a single cent!

What games are the servers for?
We have set up Free FFA Servers for both CS 1.6 and CS:S.

How do i get on to the servers?
To connect to the servers it couldn't be any easier, go to the game lobby, choose the game you would like to play and under the open level tab you should see the 'Free FFA Server'

XLFrag is in a great mood on this fantastic Sunday (28th of February) and therefore we are throwing in a few Freeroll’s, so everyone has a chance to come in and try out the Pay-Per-Frag Platform and win FREE cash!

Rules for the Sunday CS 1.6 & CSS Freeroll’s:

- Only Level 1 & 2 players can participate
- Winner is the player with the most actions (kills + deaths) during the time span of the event.
- Min. 8 players to be active on the server during the timeslot before the prize money are paid out.

The coming week we will be hosting a series of 2 vs. 2 tournaments, both for Counter-Strike 1.6 and also for Counter-Strike: Source.

All tournaments will be buy-in tours, meaning that you pay an entry fee (Typically €5) and fight for the prize-pot, that will be split between the TOP 3 teams in the end. The size of the pot depends on the amount of participating teams. Usually minimum 4 teams are required and we have a maximum 16 teams participating in one tour.

Keep an eye out on our news and make sure to sign-up for the tournaments, as the spots are limited. You can sign-up either via email (support@luopgames.com) or on IRC for the CS 1.6 tournaments on #payperfrag and for CS:Source tournaments on #payperfrag.css, but read the news for the specific tournaments and how to sign up

Bonus system - how does it work?

So how does the Bonus system work?
The bonus system is made in a way so that you as a player will benefit from it faster than the normal bonus systems out there – this means that you are getting parts of your bonus released already while you are playing.

The bonus system is based on a point system, where every action (kill and death) gives you a point, depending on the server you are playing on(due to the stake of the server). When you have met the needed criterias / levels of the point limit, then the system releases 1/5 of the bonus.

10 euro deposit - (Look at the matrix example further down)
When you deposit 10 Euro, you will get a 100% bonus paid out in 5 parts, based on the server cost and the action amount. If you are playing on a 1 euro server, the first part is paid out when you have made 500 points. And on a 1 euro server 1 action is the same as 10 points, so when you have 50 actions, you get 2 euro released.

30 euro deposit
If you deposit 30 euro's, and still play on a 1 euro server, then you will get 6 euro released after each 1500 actions you have made

Where can I see my bonus?
When you enter your profile you will be able to track the bonus/point progress you have made and also when the next part of your bonus will be released.



NOTE* The Reload bonus works in the same way as the deposit bonus, but is only valid for a very short while, so make sure to take advantage of it today!

Due to the technical issues we had during the introduction of Counter-Strike Source, we have changed the weekends eventplan for CSS and will tomorrow, sunday the 7th. of Feb., hold a Sunday CSS FragFest instead of the planned FragMarathon, which was supposed to run the whole weekend (This only affects CSS, not CS 1.6).

Event: Counter-Strike Source Frag Fest

Time: Sunday the 7th Feb 2010 16:00-24:00 CET

Prizes: 1st: 50 EURO, 2nd: 30 EURO, 3rd: 15 EURO

Rules: The FragFest is based on Kill/Death ratio as measurement, so the 3 players with the highest Kill/death ratio and with more than 250 actions (kills and deaths), will be placed 1,2,3 according to their ratio and win the prizes.

Finally, Counter-Strike Source is live! After a hectic day and night, our technical department has solved the challenges they where facing and you can now find Counter-Strike Source servers under the "OPEN LEVEL" servers in the game-lobby. So go frag-away now!

On Monday the new and improved game-lobby will be up together with all the different levels for Counter-Strike Source, until then use the ones under "OPEN LEVEL.

The Re-launch today, Friday the 5th of Feb., at 16:00 CET will among many things contain: a brand new game on our platform, which is COUNTER-STRIKE SOURCE. Many have asked for it and now the time has come for it to be introduced, frag-a-head! If you haven’t got it yet, then you can easily purchase it via steam.

We have also updated the main page a bit, added some new graphics and made a total overhaul of our server lobby, so it is easier to navigate and more user-friendly, we hope you like it as much as we do!

On top of all the great FREEROLLS we will have all week, we have also lowered the withdrawal fee from a flat €10 per withdrawal to be only 5% of the withdrawal amount, but with a minimum of €5 and a max €10!

So if you take out a €100, it will no longer cost you €10, but only €5.

HLTV is up - Watch people fragging!

As of today all the XLFrag servers offer you HLTV, meaning that if you have Counter-Strike 1.6 installed and you have a registered XLFrag user, then you can enter all our servers and watch the fragging that is going on.

To do so simply; Login -> Go to server lobby -> Choose the server you wish to watch people playing on -> Choose "View Game" and you will then automatically be connected to the server and you can spectate the games going on.

Note that all HLTV servers are shown with a 90 second delay.

Game Client updated - Client/Game login errors fixed

Some users have experienced that the PPF Game Client wouldn´t let them login and gave them various errors. These have now been fixed and the PPF Game Client has been updated. Please note that the PPF Game Client will automatically update when you join a game.

So if you have had problems getting on the servers playing due to an error this has now been corrected and you are all set for fragging!
