GUNGAME MARATHON #5
A new 14 days marathon event in both Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike:Source, where the TOP 32 players will win cash! Follow your LIVE ranking and current LIVE winnings in our Leader boards below.
The maximum pot can be as high as €2000, as it depends on how much YOU FRAG, so make sure to frag and see the LIVE POT grow day by day, more and more.
All you have to do, to become one of the top 32 players that will win cash, is to play on the €0.15 Gun Game Marathon servers in the Game-Lobby, as much as possible, over the next 14 days, starting from today 19.07.2010 and until 01.08.2010 where it ends at 24:00 – XLFrag wishes you best of luck and lots of fun!

GUNGAME (CS) MARATHON - LEADERBOARDS
Event Rules/Terms:
- Players who are caught abusing the GunGame fairly play rules, by playing, leaving and joining minutes to avoid playing with certain weapons will be instantly disqualified - Play by the book and play fair.
- The regular €2 gungame win per map will not be paid out during this event.
- Pot Split is the amount that is split amongst the participants when the marathon has ended. This is a floating number which will change depending on your current ranking.
How to increase your experience points in GunGame
Your experience points are based on multiple key factors that occurs in-game, such as: kills, deaths, kill:death/ratio, specific weapons, gungame wins. The main XP factor is based on your activity level – the more you play the faster you will see your XP grow. If you don’t play your experience points will automatically start to decrease.

Welcome to a brand new 14 days TMNF event -
TrackMania Triatlon!
If you think you can race and you can race fast...then that alone will not do the trick. In the TMNF Triathlon event you will have to race, jump, spin, slide, drift, do crazy loops, avoid many obstacles and much more, to be placed on the LIVE Leader board and grab some of all the cash that can be won.
You have to race 3 different maps and modes,
FullSpeed,
Obstacle and
Acrobatic and the accumulated time (All times combined) of each of the maps will earn you a place among the Top 50 ranking, if its good enough!
The buy-in for each of the 3 servers is only €0.25 and the LIVE pot (prize money to be won) depends on the amount of buy-ins, as it is a combination of the normal percentage of each buy-in + a guaranteed €100 that XLFrag puts up, that will be distributed amongst the TOP 30 best players at the end of the event. The TMNF Triathlon starts today, July 19th at 16:00 CET and ends on August 1st at 16:00 CET. You can find the TrackMania Triathlon servers from 16:00 CET in the TrackMania Lobby in the buttom of the lobby where it says TOURNAMENTS, where the servers are named Triathlon #1, #2 and #3

- For the Daily FreeRolls eight (8) players individually need to make over 100 actions for the prizes to be paid out.
- Freeroll Winners are the top 3 players with most actions (kills + deaths) during the timespan of the event.
- FragRace winners are the top 3 players with most frags (kills) during the time span of the qualifier event.
- Min. 8 players have to be active on the hourly based event servers during the time slot, before the prize money is paid out.
- The 8 players on the FragRace must have 50 actions each before the prize money is paid out.

Another new event here on XLFrag, we present you
Counter-Strike 1.6 - Kreedz Mod - with the first prize pot being loaded with a whopping €200!
What is Kreedz Mod?
Kreedz is a Half-Life modification. The whole premise of the game revolves around getting from point A to point B in the shortest time possible, in a linear route that can include any of the mods different maps, from climbing up on mountains and jumping on blocks to a mix of disciplines in a single course. Kreedz is a very unique game - KZ is what some would call a '3d puzzle/platform' game, involving no combat or violence whatsoever. It is a 'sports' type game, where players compete for the best times.
How do I participate in this event?
To participate in this FREE event all you have to do is to login to XLFrag, go-to the Counter-Strike server-lobby and connect to the server called "Mount Kreedz". Please note that the first event will be starting Monday July. 12th 16.00 CET and end on Sunday July. 18th 16.00 CET.

Tired of waiting in the Counter-Strike 1.6 lobby for other players to connect and play? Then join the server you want to play on and go
AFK (Away From Keyboard) so others can see that you want to play, as you will be shown in the lobby as ON the server.
The new plug-in enables the first or the last player on the server to go in AFK mode. All you have to do is type in
/afk in the chat and you will then be placed in spectator mode (without dying or losing money). Then when someone else joins the server you can tab back into the game and type
/afk again and you will then be ready to play and spawn as a regular player.
Note: If there is more than 1 player on the server the AFK feature will NOT work.
We urge everyone to take advantage of this feature and wait ON the servers instead of waiting in the lobby where no one can see if you are there or not.

With 1000's of laps taken and more than 50 players trying out the past 14 days TMN FREEROLL event, then we decided to make another one! This time it is though with a custom map, a bit harder but very fun to race. The map has a build in GPS function, meaning that when you are inthe race you can drive backwards on the starting point and a race car will show you HOW to race the map for the best time, brilliant right? But still, when it's
FREE to play TrackMania Nations Forever, meaning no stake and no buy-in on the servers and you on top of that can win cash prizes, then we call it a
Freeroll!
Tuesday, July 6th at 16:00 CET, our second edition of XLFrag
TrackMania Summer Freeroll takes place and the race lasts for the next 12 days.
TOP 50 ranked players win cash, for free, so join in an play!
All you have to do is log in to the XLFrag website, go to the TrackMania game-lobby and connect to the weekly server called
TMN FREEROLL - Race it as many times as you want, you got 24 hours a day and 12 days in total to race your best lap and score you best time

Last week we presented our new event called
Last Man Standing for Counter-Strike 1.6 and it was so popular that we decided to make a new one for the this week #27, Last Man Standing #2 - Remember it is FREE to play!
Last Man Standing is a ticket based DeathMatch event, with four (4) qualifiers (This week only, normally it will be 6) and then a Grand Finale. To participate in the FREE event all you have to do is log-on to XLFrag, go-to the Counter-Strike 1.6 server-lobby between 20:00-20:10 CET(Server is freezed during that time)and connect to the server called "Last Man Standing".
When entering the game you get a notification that you have
10 tickets and for each opponent you frag you win 1 ticket and for each time you get killed you lose 1 ticket. If you reach 0 you will be kicked by the server and are out of the qualifier. (But you can of course participate in one the next day) The last player on the server if the Last Man Standing and thus the winner of the qualifier.
Qualifier times and prizes:
Qualifier each day - From Wednesday July. 7th until Saturday July. 10th, all days at 20:00 CET
1 Winner, 2 Grand Finale spots and 3 prizes in each qualifier - Distributed as follows!

Rules for Last Man Standing:
- To participate in one (1) of the four (4) qualifiers you HAVE to be on the server the latest 20:10 CET, after that you will NOT be able to connect anymore and will have to wait until the next day to participate.
- If you leave the server, you forfeit your tickets and you will not be able to connect again.
- If you place 1st or 2nd in a qualifier you can NOT pariticpate in another qualifier and have to wait until the Grand Finale.
- The TOP 2 players qualify for the Grand Finals, but both HAVE to finalize the game for seeding and ticket reasons, as the winner will get 3 extra tickets for the Grand Finals and the runner-up won't. If one of the TOP 2 leaves Last Man Standing is the winner and the one leaving lost his Grand Finale spot and his/her tickets.
- If a player joins and "gives free kills away" he will be disqualified and all tickets from the player and players receiving them will be removed.

XLFrag is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance.
This means that some of our services might not work as expected at the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience.
All services are expected to be up and running on Thursday again.

Are you a hardcore trackmania racer? Then our newly addition to our daily trackmania races might be something for you. The event will be running throughout the week where you buy-in once per session which will grant you a whopping 24 Hours of playtime to set your best lap time.
How do I participate in the 24 Hour Race?
It's easy as 1, 2, 3 - follow these steps to start racing:
1) Go to the
Trackmania Game Lobby
2) Press 'Click To Start Race'
3) Start playing and set your best possible lap time!
What if I disconnect from the game, do I have to pay the race fee again?
Unfortunately, yes. The buy-in grants you a "24 hour"-pass that is valid until you choose to disconnect from the game.
